Jillien's Thank God It's Friday , Thank God for Spinach Dip

Yep, we all get excited that THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY. 

With our crazy schedules and our kids’ crazy schedules we can't always go out but we can still celebrate the weekend by eating like we are going out… 
 
Here is my take on one of my favorites from Friday's Restaurants. 

SPINACH DIP
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 to 2 teaspoons minced garlic or garlic salt
1 package frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze between hands to remove as much liquid as possible.
1 (14 ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts,

Combine all ingredients and place in casserole dish.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325˚F.  Or if you are in a hurry, microwave for a few minutes to take the chill off and then bake for 10 minutes.

Serve with chips and/or bread and Enjoy!
